By now most of the hard work is done: most of the remaining runs are recovery with some strides (short sprints) and a 12 mile no-so-long run in the weekend.The virtual run has almost reached Hopkinton, just a few more miles until the start!
This started as a report of my training and running of the 2008 Boston Marathon. I now continue adding posts of races and training.
